It is someone in a microlite having a laugh. Pretty slow moving for a spacecraft don’t you think? Perhaps it was just taking in the view of the lovely marina. Unfortunately I think this is a HOAX. But I have every confidence that they are amongst us. There have been several sightings in the UK too:
