This footage recently uploaded to the internet is of an alleged extraterrestrial found on the outskirts of Mexico City.
“A friend gave me this video,” said the anonymous uploader. No other information has yet been obtained about the video.
Mexico has been subject to a mass increase in UFO sightings along with another recent alien incident captured on video several months ago.
However, besides being a possible hoax, another possibility is that this video is indeed that of a Chupacabra…
The audio in the video below is translated as:

The elusive creature known as the Chupacabra has been commonly reported in parts of Mexico and Latin American communities throughout the last 50 years. The name’s translation is “goat sucker” as farmers would find their cows sucked dry of blood after witnessing a Chupacabra.
The way the creature in the above video is hunched over, suggests that this could in fact be the world’s first video of a real life Chupacabra.
Notice the large slanted eyes and appearance similarites to the alien grey. Is a Chupacabra an primitive form of extraterrestrial on the loose ?

The real ‘truth’ about time travel concepts you will not see in the links above. The concepts usually rotate around going through time in order to influence events so that the game ‘will change’ to suit some ‘preference’. Fortunately for all, that is not how it works. You can ‘believe’ what you want. However, information from the experiential and observational perspective was offered by the narrative author in a new Matrix V segment (one of almost 200, now) in August 2002:
“Time travel has been a fascination of many. TV shows and films have been made on this topic and are usually quite entertaining. This topic came up yesterday to me from 2 individuals, so I will give you some information. Time travel is a complex subject as it involves not only moving through time, but also the intricacies of the Game. The Game is a huge jigsaw puzzle. It is a common misconception to believe that if you have a few pieces of the puzzle that you have the entire picture. Time travel involves just a few pieces of the puzzle.
In the Back To The Future trilogy of movies, Doc Brown creates a device that can physically move people through time and undo events that they are uncomfortable with and thereby create a reality that favors their positions. While very interesting to watch, it just isn’t possible to do these things.
Time travel is a reality. In Matrix 5, I mention how I learned basic astral travel and, in that course, astral time travel is discussed and assignments are given to travel back to 1600 and forward to 2200. Refer back to M5 for those details as well as which book/teachers I had. Astral time travel is the fastest way to zip around through time periods. You leave your body, use the techniques given (although I altered them to fit what works best for me) and you just appear where you want to be. You can observe things going on but cannot change what you see.
Remember, time is an illusion. Earther Higher Selves are simultaneous incarnates and you exist in all frequencies chosen by your Higher Self for the experiences shim wants. Our ‘present’ is another frequency’s ‘past’ or ‘future’. Some say that the future isn’t here yet, but that isn’t quite correct. It’s a matter of perspective.
The Higher Self is a being of exceptional power and ability. However much of this ability is held in check, by your Higher Self, when your Higher Self agrees to participate in the Game. This refers to both simultaneous and sequential incarnating beings. The Games rules do not include changing the rules by using your abilities. The restrictions of the Game take precedence in the 3rd density. In certain instances the Higher Self can intervene (as per earlier M5 segments) to ensure that the incarnation’s pre-chosen path goals are met and not circumvented by other Game players. Time travel, whereby one or a group decides to mold events to fit their agendas is a violation of Game rules. Such an action would interfere with experiential choices and is motivated by the body rather than by the spirit.
In Back To The Future, Marty McFly wanted his family’s experiences to be different than what they chose. By going into the past, he altered events to make his family’s path totally different. You can’t do that. This would have interfered with the experiential choices of several Higher Selves to fall under the desires of one. This is a Lightsider power play, the ‘I know what’s best for you’ ploy.
Moving away from fictional films, there’s the Montauk series of events and their time travels. The Montauk project was built with heavy alien activity and instruction. If you don’t recall what I’ve written on alien, sequential incarnates attempts to hinder simultaneous incarnates as part of the Game, refer back to earlier M5 segments. Beware of aliens bearing gifts! They most likely have an a hidden agenda. That certain aliens wanted the Dark government of the US to have this technology should say something in and of itself. It wasn’t made available to everyone or even the knowledge of it made public. Nope, the aliens, as usual, go slinking/slithering around in the Dark to attempt to manipulate/obstruct the developments of Earther Higher Self incarnates with the assistance of Darksiders on Earth.
The Montauk project is wrapped in tragedies, murders and more. That alone tags it as a Dark event. Mind controls, interdimensional tamperings and others have invited trouble to Earth. The 20 year loop event caused by the Montauk experiment – the rift – is real and a bi-product of the experiment. Have you heard of the aliens who were responsible for this technology returning to repair the damage their interference caused? Of course not. Therefore one has to question their intent. The rift would not exist if the damage was repaired. On the other hand, the rift couldn’t exist if it was not part of the Game. Again, beware of aliens bearing gifts.
There is an excellent source of Montauk materials in books by Preston Nichols and Peter Moon available through Sky Books on Long Island, NY. Start with The Montauk Project – Experiments in Time if you’re interested in this topic. I’ve read the whole series and find it quite interesting. A huge amount of deception and paranoia is depicted by the controllers of the technology. Paranoia and deception are common among Dark workers who fear losing their control. That should indicate how tenuous their hold is. Let’s not even get into the Montauk Monster fiasco in the media.
One thing to remember in reading time travel stories is that you cannot go back in time to kill anyone to change history. If this were possible, history would constantly be changing for all the time travelers wandering around being like Marty McFly. For everyone who wants future CC, there’s another who doesn’t want that but rather future MM and then someone else who wants future WW and on it goes. Time travel can be excellent for OBSERVING first hand how something was.
The body oriented would say, ‘why don’t you see what next week’s lottery numbers are so you could be rich?’. Geez, I’ve been asked that question enough. Your Higher Self is in control of at what stage you are able to start conscious astral travel. If you can’t do it yet, take it up with your Higher Self. If you can, your Higher Self requires that talent for that incarnation. Astral travel requires a certain stage of spiritual maturity. Astral time travel requires even more.
Next year, August 12, 03, is the next 20 year date for the time loop created by the disastrous Montauk project. The loop event was created on Aug 12, 1943 when things just seemed to go wrong. Again I point out the alien connection and set up for this to happen. You also didn’t see any so-called ‘good aliens’ with their advanced technologies step in to undo the damage. Once more, beware of aliens bearing gifts. This energy rift seems to peak every 20 years from the 43 date. As it is, I’ve written that 2003 looks like it’ll be the year from hell. Add this event to the pot! There is one thing I would like you all to remember though – this IS part of the Game. Something to this magnitude would not be allowed IN the Game if it were not part OF it. You need more pieces of the puzzle to see it better.
I find it interesting that in the latest claims by the Andromedans is that they use that date, Aug 12, 03 as the deadline they set for driving all aliens off Earth. There’s a connection here. I advise you take whatever the Andromedans or their lackeys say with more than just a grain of salt. Remember the mass fly over of Andromedan ships that were going to happen a couple summers ago? It seems that ALL aliens just get their jollies from seeing what Earthers will believe next. They ALL have their agendas.
One of the major byproducts of the Montauk project is the generation of fear which is why the Dark side allows printing materials of it. They want you to generate fear, feel threatened and give your power away to Dark authorities for external ‘protection’. There is nothing to be ‘in fear’ about when you KNOW and TRUST in your Higher Self. That is the KEY for each Earther Higher Self. With the gold shield and trust in your Higher Self, you know you’re immortal and it’s the body that tries to get you to fear. Who created the bodies we have, those damned, fucking aliens. It can seem that the aliens have their claws, paws and hands all over in the Game. Yes, these are other pieces of the puzzle. They fear you discovering who you really are. The Montauk project is just another of their tools for that. The puzzle, however, will not be completed for you until your Final Incarnation merges all of your Higher Self’s incarnations into one.
Time travel is fun and exciting to watch on TV or in the theater. Time travel can be quite interesting in the astral. Just remember with each phase of your awakening that you will be met head on with external blocks and fears to keep you from progressing. This is the Rocky Road as per that segment in M5. The fears are part of the rocks for you to overcome. This is all I have to say on the time travel topic for now. Read this segment carefully and consult with your Higher Self.”

“On Friday I rented “The One” and “Planet Of the Apes.” In “The One,” one of the many versions of Jackie Chan in the “multi-verse” ( a word from the movie which is supposed to be the universe including all the parallel universes) kept moving through a vortex to go from universe to universe. Each time he killed a version of himself, he got physically more powerful. The whole movie was based on inter-DIMENSIONAL travel, not inter-DENSITY travel which is different. It was all physical and centered on ‘the answers’ being locked up inside 3rd density existence.
Yes, they had the knowledge and technology regarding inter-dimensional travel but the characters in the movie were still wrapped up in the 3rd density mind trap and felt as if the physical universes were the ‘alpha and omega’. Also, the concept of going to a parallel universe/alternate reality where your individual incarnation exists as the same incarnation but a slightly different personality due to the environment does NOT fit in with the fact that the Higher Self (for simultaneous incarnations) extends into various incarnations for the VARIETY. Therefore, extending into multiple physical universes into the same incarnation would not serve a useful purpose for a Higher Self that chose the simultaneous path.
There wouldn’t be enough variety to achieve the rapid advancement of the Higher Self that comes with simultaneous incarnations. Yes, there can be other physical universes with different patterns of 3rd density existence, but NOT with a single incarnation existing simultaneously in the various universes/dimensions.
I enjoyed watching “Planet of the Apes”. It had the time travel theme. Aside from the great entertainment value, the MAJOR flaw that I saw regarding the time travel theme, was at the end of the movie when the human (Mark Wahlberg) goes back to earth during his own time and Thade (the Ape General) has apparently figured out how to time travel and changed the history of earth. Abe Lincoln is now APE Lincoln (actually it’s just a statue of Thade the Ape General on a chair at the reflecting pool in D.C.) and the cops who come to the crash site of the human are all apes. This DEFINITELY doesn’t fit in w/the simultaneous Higher Self plans. The game has certain elements that made it attractive to the Higher Selves that chose to incarnate here. Therefore, it would not make sense to allow an individual incarnation to have the power to travel through time and change the very nature of the game (you spoke about this in one of your previous posts regarding travel to the future). Yes, time travel is possible, but the outcome of the game cannot be changed by an
individual traveling through time. Things can and WILL happen to prevent or limit ‘tampering’ (ex. so called ‘accidents’ and other ‘unforeseen occurrences’).”

Very good observations on your part. What you said about parallel dimensions is correct As for Planet of the Apes, I like the film, but it’s just for fun. You can astral travel to just about any time period but, since there is no such thing as time, one is just visiting different phases of simultaneous incarnations.
I was very curious about this story, and last night while watching a video about Planet X and the Aliens who are the o of man, I saw the picture of the same Monster, but the picture I saw as from the Ancient civilizations who claim to have been visited by Alien beings.
I don’t think of the the bird man as a bird man.. I think of it a as bird warrior… an animal trained to be a warrior for the Alien beings. The Montauk Project was alleged to be a series of secret United States government projects conducted at Camp Hero or Montauk Air Force Station on Montauk, Long Island for the purpose of developing psychological warfare techniques and exotic research including time travel.
Due to scant verifiable evidence to support its existence, critics argue the Montauk Experiment is an unverified conspiracy theory or urban legend.
No longer used as a military facility, the Montauk Air Force Station has been open to the public for several years. However, public access to the old military building is prohibited.
The earliest citation of the Montauk Project is uncertain, but elements of the story have circulated since at least the early-1980s.
There is no definitive version of the Montauk Project narrative, but some accounts describe it as an extension or continuation of the Philadelphia Experiment.
In 1943, the Philadelphia Experiment supposedly aimed to render the USS Eldridge optically invisible, with disastrous results. Though the story has circulated since the 1950s, skeptics note that Philadelphia Experiment accounts are unverified, and that the story was initially based largely on testimony of the mentally unstable Carl Allen.
According to proponents of the Montauk Project, surviving researchers from the Philadelphia Experiment met in 1952-53. The researchers aimed to continue their earlier work on manipulating the “electromagnetic shielding” that had been used to make the USS Eldridge invisible, and investigating possible military applications magnetic field manipulation as a psychological warfare device.
Researchers purportedly created a report about their proposals, which was presented to the United States Congress and rejected as far too dangerous. By resubmitting their project directly to the United States Department of Defense and bypassing congressional approval, the researchers promised a powerful new weapon that induce the symptoms of psychotic disorders and schizophrenia at the touch of a button. The Department of Defense approved. Funding supposedly came from a cache of US$10 billion in Nazi gold recovered from a train found by US Army soldiers in a train tunnel in France, near the Swiss border. The train was blown up and all the soldiers involved were killed. When those funds ran out, additional funding was secured from ITT and Krupp AG in Germany.
Work began at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on Long Island, New York under the name of the Phoenix Project, but it was soon realized that the ‘project’ required a large and advanced radar dish, and installing one at Brookhaven National Laboratory would compromise the security of the project. Luckily, the US Air Force had a decommissioned base at Montauk, New York, not far from BNL, which had a complete SAGE radar installation. The site was large and remote and Montauk Point was not yet a tourist attraction. Water access would allow equipment to be moved in and out undetected. More importantly, the SAGE radar worked on a frequency of 400 MHz – 425 MHz, right in the range of 410 MHz – 420 MHz signal that was said to influence the human mind.
Equipment was moved to Camp Hero at the Montauk AFB in 1967-1968, and installed in a “Deep Underground Military Base” that the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) were redeveloping and expanding beneath the Montauk AFB on the surface at Montauk Point. According to conspiracy theorists, to mask the nature of the project the site was closed in 1969 and donated as a wildlife refuge/park, with the provision that everything underground within the “D1 Base” would remain the property of the United States Air Force, although technically, in reality, the Montauk AFB remained in operation until 1987. The park has never been opened to the public, under the excuse of “environmental contamination”.
Various conspiracy theorists claim that experiments began in earnest from 1982 through to 1987-1988. They claim that during this time one, some or all of the following occurred at the site. The following claims are entirely unverified:
* Experiments were conducted in teleportation, parallel dimensions and time travel.
* On or about on August 12, 1983 the time travel project at Camp Hero interlocked in hyperspace with the original Project Rainbow back in 1943. The USS Eldridge was drawn into hyperspace and trapped there. Two men, Al Bielek and Duncan Cameron both claim to have leaped from the deck of the USS Eldridge while it was in hyperspace and ended up after a period of severe disorientation at Camp Hero in the year 1983 at Montauk Point. Here they claim to have met John von Neumann, a famous physicist and mathematician, even though he died in 1957. John Von Neumann had supposedly worked on the original Philadelphia Experiment, but the United States Navy denies this.
* A “porthole (portal) in time” was created which allowed researchers to travel anywhere in time or space. This was developed into a stable “Time Tunnel.” Underground tunnels with abandoned cultural archives were explored on Mars using this technique where apparently some kind of “Martians” had once lived many thousands and thousands of years earlier.
* Contact was made with alien extraterrestrials through the Time Tunnel and advanced kinds of ‘etheric technology’ was exchanged with them which enhanced the Montauk Project. This allowed broader access to hyperspace. Stewart Swerdlow also developed the “language of hyperspace”, utilizing archetypes and glyphs as well as colour and tone, in other words, a “non-linguistic language”, the language of the Creator, that is God itself. However many researchers have questioned the validity of Swerdlow and what he actually did within the Montauk Project.
* Enrico Chekov, a Spanish-Russian dissident, reported in 1988, after defecting to America, that satellite surveillance captured during the 1970s showed the formation of a large bubble of space-time centered on the site, lending further support to the D1 Base Time Tunnel research. After Chekov shared photographs with a reporter from the The New York Times, his apartment in Manhattan was burgled and the photos were all that was taken.
* People had their psychic abilities enhanced to the point where they could materialize objects out of thin air. Stewart Swerdlow claims to have been involved in the Montauk Project, and as a result, he says, his “psionic” faculties were boosted, but at the cost of emotional and psychological instability, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other issues, including being programmed with microchips, and also through the use of “psychotronic mind control”. An alien supposedly designed a chair, which an individual could sit in to boost his mental and precipatory powers. A prototype duplicate was given to Britain and put in a facility on the River Thames.
* The facility was expanded to as many as twelve levels and several hundred workers. Some reports have the facility extending under the town of Montauk itself and interconnected with vast maglev tunnel networks to other “Deep Underground Military Bases”, also known as “D1 Bases”.
* Nikola Tesla, whose death was faked in a conspiracy, was the chief director of operations at the base (which if they started in the 80s would make him 120+).
* Mass psychological experiments, such as the use of enormous subliminal messages projects and the creation of a “Men in Black” corps to confuse and frighten the public, were invented there.
The site was opened to the public on September 18, 2002 as Camp Hero State Park. The radar tower has been placed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. There are plans for a museum and interpretive center, focusing on World War II and Cold War-era history.
Some dismissed this beast, dubbed the “Montauk Monster”, as a bloated dog or racoon. Others scornfully concluded it to be nothing more than a Photoshop hoax. More significantly, the fiasco precipitated the mass media’s standard UFO conversation. For Montauk historians, the event and subsequent attention to it on media outlets could not have been a coincidence considering the area’s elaborate past.
The Montauk Project has appeared in a number of TV shows and films including:
* A 2005 issue of the Pulse[1] notes that the film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, which starred Jim Carrey and featured manipulation of memory as a key plot element, was filmed in Montauk, New York. The issue claims an effort was made to film at Camp Hero State Park but that officials tried to discourage them with higher filming fees.
* The Philadelphia Experiment film follows the adventures of the two US Navy sailors through space-time, which touches on the Montauk Project even if the details differ.
* The TV show Stargate SG-1 contains a number of similarities to this, including space and time travel using energy portals in a secret military location; Aliens attacking through said portals; Earth being at war with aliens without public knowledge; and the city of Atlantis being discovered in another galaxy.
* The ‘alien designed chair’ for boosting mental powers recalls a similar device in the 1956 science fiction film Forbidden Planet.
* The 2007 film, The Signal, focuses on a strange signal being sent out through television and telephones. The signal causes people to acquire paranoid schizophrenia, and they feel like they have to kill or be killed, with no real provocation.

You’ve got to love a story that is stranger than any fiction but claims to be the God’s honest truth. What could be more fabulously outrageous than the idea that your tax dollars have subsidized the demented experiments of an evil cabal of Navy brass, CIA shrinks, fugitive Nazis and Reptoid ETs? What could be more fantastic than the vision of them pow wowing together for a little high-tech, tantric voodoo? How very spicy, that this panoply of government geeks and their alien pals fired up interdimensional vortexes by means of a buff, naked dude who was jacked into a psychotronic chair — while sporting a raging boner!
Now, THAT’S entertainment. Laugh while you can, Monkey Boy but things will never be the same: They say the universe we call home is artificial; a mirror world that split off from the Original Universe when the Montauk Project started to go awry in the late 1970s.
Pondering the veracity of these claims precipitates a lively debate in one’s head about the all-too-real implications of Quantum Mechanics, the Many Worlds Interpretation and Observer Created Reality. These are the current cutting edge scientific explanations for how reality works, with mathematical theorems and particle accelerator experiments that have seemingly proven them. Indeed, tests of these theories are presently being conducted at the very same Brookhaven National Lab cyclotron said by Montauk Project survivors to have generated the gigawatts needed for the nearby Camp Hero time travel and mind control experiments.

Though the Montauk Project ceased in the 1983 of our timeline, it is said to be fully operational in numerous parallel worlds. These activities occasionally bleed through into our reality and there is talk about alternate Montaukian timelines threatening to collapse into and merge with ours, entirely. You had to be there! If you like weird science, look no further. The Montauk Project is one-stop shopping for every conspiracy theory imaginable, electro-physics-psychobabble, mind control, Pleiadians, Greys, the New World Order, Black Magick, closet queens and Delta Force operatives being sent back in time to scam Jesus or change the outcome of World War II. Experiencers swear on their lives that it all really happened. They remember it like it was yesterday (or six thousand years in the future).
Philosophers ask, “If a tree fell in the forest and nobody was there to see it, did it really happen?” The Montaukian corollary is: “If you believe you went to Mars, who’s to say you didn’t?”
Whatever you may believe about the mental health of the Montauk Project’s proponents and whatever core beliefs you may hold dear that are violated by what they discuss, you’ve got to love them for getting you to think about reality, consciousness and untapped human potentials in a whole new way.
